Our mission
The mission of the international INFOREAL forum is to set up a transparent and civilized overseas property market in Russia.
Tasks and goals of INFOREAL Overseas Property Exhibition:
- increasing juridical and financial literacy of Russians, regarding the overseas property purchase (sale, rent); arrangement of free seminars, publication of analytical materials;
- informing Russians on the international property markets contemporary conditions and tendencies; arrangement of free seminars, publication of analytical materials;
- specifying the nature of a potential overseas property buyer in Russia (public opinion polls arrangement);
- providing Russians with the fullest possible list of overseas property markets supply.
Tasks and goals of INFOREAL International Congress:
- development of effective standards of cooperation between Russian and foreign companies;
- estimation of the current conditions and tendencies on world’s property markets;
- analysis of the legislative peculiarities on the international property markets;
- defining higher-priority directions of market development considering the Russian buyers’ requirements and interests;
- comparative analysis of real estate purchase (and its further use) by Russian and EU citizens on international property markets;
- defining the perspective investment directions (investment appeal of international property markets and projects);
- analysis of current overseas property promotion and advertising technologies in Russia; recommendations for effective advertising campaigns;
- establishment of business-contacts between the Russian and foreign companies in order to develop strategic partnership or organize representation network in St-Petersburg, Moscow, other Russian regions, as well as in the CIS countries;
- creating conditions necessary for actual experience exchange between foreign and Russian property and construction market participants.
