Conditions of Participation in the INFOREAL Overseas Property Exhibition

A company that wishes to participate in the Exhibition needs to send a preliminary application to the Organizer, and register as a Participant. After receiving the application the Organizer will contact the Participant to discuss the details of participation and provide all required information regarding all types of provided additional services.

ATTENTION!
 All listed prices include VAT (18%).

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for participating organizations is 10000 rub/ 235 Euros.It includes:
• Specifying the company on the list of Exhibition’s participants and on the official web-page of the event: www.realfor.ru/en
• Placing of information about the company in the Visitors’ Agenda;
• Accreditation of three company representatives;
• Package of informational materials;
• Full security of the exposition area; passage and public space cleaning; common electric lighting, heating and ventilation;

 1. Equipped display area Price for participation:
Prior to August 1 – 11,000 RUB/sq. m (300 Euro)
From August 2 to September 20 – 12,000 RUB/ sq. m (325 Euro).
It includes:

- a standard exhibition module, general security, passage and public space cleaning.

In case you choose a stand with enhanced visibility an extra charge is applied:
10 % – for a Corner-stand (2 accessible sides)
15 % – for a “Peninsula” stand (3 accessible sides)
20 % – for an “Island” stand (4 accessible sides)

2. Unequipped display area on the Ledovij Dvorets Arena

Price for participation:

Prior to August 1 – 8,000 RUB/sq. m (200 Euro)
rom August 2 to September 20 – 11,000 RUB/ sq. m (300 Euro)

It includes:  exhibition area for installation of the stand, general security, passage and public space cleaning.

The access to power outlet must be ordered separately.

3. Remote participation
Price: 10,000 RUB/235 Euro (registration fee included)

It includes: 

 accreditation of two company representatives (a possibility to distribute advertising materials);
Specifying the company on the list of Exhibition’s participants and on the official web-page of the event: www.realfor.ru/en;
Placing of information about the company in the Visitors’ Agenda.

ATTENTION!

Booking of a standfor a particular companyis out only confirmed after a down-payment of 20% of the stand’s cost.

Additional Advertising Opportunities for the exhibition participants 1.Presentation for the visitors at the overseas property seminar ( 30 min.) - 10 000 RUB ( 270 Euro) 2. Placing the banner on the arena- 5 000 RUB ( 135 Euro) 3. additional placing of the advertising module in the program for  visitors
